    My wife and I got one-on-one service from Maggie. It was a great experience all around. They watch the way you walk, use some high-tech equipment to gather information about how you walk and where you put the pressure on your feet when you walk, and then bring out several pairs of shoes based on your pronation and needs, and then spend all the time with you necessary to make the right decision. Maggie went through all of the same steps with my wife, even though we told her we would not be making a purchase for her on that day. It didn't change the level of service or the time she spent with her at all. We were very appreciative, especially given that this was our first time in a running store, and having very little experience making purchases like this. Thanks Maggie & BRRC!

    Wowl Just wow. I stopped in to pick up my bib for the Castlewood Cup 2018. Maggie the Manager came up to help me: she was insightful, helpful, considerate, and respectful of me even though I am a complete novice. When I asked about compression socks, she let me put on a loaner pair, and really listened to my thoughts- other stores will try to pressure you into buying the highest price, but the entire time, I felt like Maggie was honestly interested in helping me to be the best runner I can be. It might sound silly, but when I go to these races, and all of the other people have nicely put together outfits... well, I feel like an amateur and not a novice. When I brought up this silly, first world concern, Maggie didn't judge me or make me feel bad. She listened, advised, and made me feel more confident in myself and my choices. I thought I was just lucky that it was Maggie who saw me first when I walked in the door... but then I asked her to take the picture below (ignore my messy hair), and the other members of her crew just jumped right in to pose. This atmosphere of this store is what every store wants- welcoming and encouraging. High salaries alone don't make people like going to work- good bosses, excited salespeople, and a culture of passion for the product make this experience one of my best shopping experiences. I will continue to return to this store, and see these people, because I trust that if they say something is the best product, I don't think that they're trying to just make a sale. I feel like they are honestly trying to help me. You guys ROCK! Thank you so much Maggie, and Hannah, and Brendan, and Taylor!
