  Do not order online with this company. Run, run like the wind. While the website function behaves as if the 'purchase', 'shipping/delivery' and 'install' are easily ordered and coordinated via the site, this is a lie. You're dealing with three different companies who do not communicate with each other. If something goes wrong, you're left doing logistics. Call times to customers service can run into the hours. My promised ship date came and went. The install people showed up, but not the appliances. When I called to find where they were, I found I had to 'reschedule' the install people myself, and coordinate the timing of the delivery. Three and a half weeks later, I'm still without a hooked up product. In the meantime, my laundry hoses are leaking. Goedeckers WILL NOT refund my $299 install fee so I can call another install team, even through they screwed up and I have leaking hoses and an emergency. This customer experiences was not only not seamless, it was a disaster from beginning to end.
