  Had Issue, Owner Jon called and apologized. He has offered me a new Ipad as a solution. I accepted his offer and could not be happier with the promptness and attention to my issue. I would definitely recommend them since they have vested interested in customer satisfaction. A+++ Edit from 2 star to 5 based on response. When you fall, you still have to get up and I believe they are standing tall... Wow... these guys will do anything to make sure your happy. I thought Jon was going to replace my Ipad 2 mini but when I got there he had 4 ready and even put a screen protector on it which mine didn't have. I'd give them 50 stars if I could because they went 10x out of their way to make sure I was satisfied

  Awesome experience. Cheapest repairs. My 5s wasn’t charging and I took it in thinking I was getting my charging port replaced $40. He took a quick look at it and said he’ll clean it and it should work like new and it he was right. Easily could have charged me for a new port and just cleaned it but they did it the right way. Will use for future repairs.
